We are looking for a SAP MM Consultant (S2P) to execute 14 man-days Workshop in Krakow (few days), workshop preparation remote.

Scope:

• Provide support for an inspirational upskilling workshop targeted at Global Process Owners
• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team to develop and deliver business-focused training materials that highlight S/4HANA's value proposition in procurement and accounts payable processes
• Reporting To: Source-to-Pay Stream Lead (onshore)
• Assist in developing workshop content focusing on S/4HANA source-to-pay innovations and business value
• Create business-friendly materials explaining complex S/4HANA functionalities to non-technical stakeholders
• Support preparation of interactive exercises and demos demonstrating key source-to-pay process improvements
• Collaborate with the stream lead to customize content for specific industry requirements
• Document best practices and process improvement opportunities
• Assist with on-site workshop facilitation in Krakow

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with SAP source-to-pay processes (Procurement, Accounts Payable)
• Demonstrable experience with S/4HANA implementation or migration projects
• Strong understanding of procurement business processes and industry best practices
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
• Experience developing and delivering business-focused training materials
• Availability for on-site workshop delivery in Krakow (optional)
• Fluent English
• Nice to have:
• Experience working with Global Process Owners in multinational organizations and/or consumer goods clients.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba and its integration with S/4HANA (optional)
• Familiarity with change management methodologies
• Previous experience in workshop facilitation for business stakeholders
• Business process consulting background
