Role Summary: The IT Analyst will support business analysis, requirements gathering, and integration tracking across functional pods. The role plays a key part in aligning technical dependencies and facilitating communication between business and technical stakeholders. 

Scope:

• Conduct functional and technical assessments for applications involved in the migration
• Document workflows, API dependencies, and integration points
• Assist with test planning, user validation, and cutover coordination
• Support ongoing tracking of risks, issues, and milestones across pods
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and maintain clear documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in IT analysis or systems integration projects
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.
• Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow
• Strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills
