Project Overview:

The client’s team is expanding its blockchain network initiative and is in search of talented individuals to join as Blockchain Business Analysts. The team is focused on facilitating money movement and enabling asset tokenization, allowing clients to leverage blockchain technology. The blockchain pillar is actively engaged in business development activities and anticipates beginning work on blockchain engagements soon.

As a Blockchain Business Analyst within the innovation hub, you will play a critical role in both the sales and delivery of blockchain-powered solutions to our prestigious client base. The team utilizes a prominent blockchain network, supported by a Joint Business Relationship with client. Collaboration with teammates is fundamental to achieving the team’s goals.

Responsibles:

Research:

• Conduct in-depth research on target clients’ interests and readiness for blockchain adoption by analyzing recent announcements and news.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments related to blockchain.
  
  

Delivery:

• Assist in delivering blockchain strategy projects, particularly in developing business cases, market sizing, financial models, and implementation plans.
  
  

Business Development:

• Support the sales process by preparing proposals, presentations, and materials to highlight the value of blockchain solutions.
• Regularly update the team’s pipeline with accurate information on ongoing projects, potential leads, and opportunities.
• Generate weekly pipeline reports for the leadership team, providing insights and analysis on business development activities.
  
  

Team Collaboration:

• As the team grows, guide or collaborate with other team members to achieve collective goals. Leadership skills are important, even as this aspect may only be a small part of your role.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strategic and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications across various industries.
• Familiarity with Stellar or other blockchain networks is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership or leading a small team.
