Guidewire Technology Delivery Lead

We are in search of a Guidewire Technology Delivery Lead who will join one of the biggest IT projects in Czech Republic.

• Remote (no travel)
• Duration: 31.03.2025 – 30.05.2025 (+ extensions possible)
• Languages: English (B2 – C2), CZ/SK – advantage

Scope:

• Technical aspects of Guidewire integration projects, including design, development, and implementation of integration solutions.
• Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and delivery of high-quality code.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to understand requirements, explain technical feasibility and provide updates on project progress.
• Solution Design: Design technical solutions that meet business requirements and align with the overall system architecture.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide support and troubleshooting for issues that arise during and after implementation

Skills:

• Deep understanding of Guidewire technology, both in configuration and integration, min. 5 years
• Expertise in designing and developing integration solutions using Guidewire Integration Framework, min. 5 years
• Development team leadership, min. 2 years
• Primary skill: Guidewire Integration (design, development, and implementation of integration solutions) using the methodology Guidewire SurePath (based on SAFe framework.
• Min 5 years experience in Guidewire Technology both configuration and integration and min. 2 years in Development team leadership;
• Nice to have: Guidewire certification
