Scope:

The main demand is to test ETL processes.

Tasks:

• Analyze business requirements to provide estimates on testing effort and build comprehensive test plans
• Collaborate with the technical team and team leaders on defining requirements, prioritizing, estimating and executing
• Build test plans across the different Data Strategy technologies including Azure Synapse and PowerBI
• Implement testing and Quality control best practices
• Collaborate on building data quality checks across Data Strategy

Skills:

• 2 or more years experience as a technical Quality Analyst.
• Demonstrated ability to understand Business Requirements and build test plans
• Experience testing PowerBI reporting for data quality, functionality, and appearance
• Experience writing and executing test plans and cases for Azure Synapse/Data Factory or DataBricks
• Demonstrated history of collaborating with technology team members and leadership
• Demonstrated knowledge of big data processes, including Data Ingestion, Data Analysis, Data Curation, Data Pipelines
• Experience building quality checks for big data processes
• Experience building/running queries in SQL Server
• Working knowledge of big data storage types such as Delta Parquet
• QA Leadership experience is a plus
• Knowledge and working experience with Azure Devops is a plus
• Agile methodology working experience is a plus
