Scope:

We are looking for a highly experienced Application Developer with deep expertise in SAP HCM Time Management and SuccessFactors. You will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet evolving business and process requirements. As a subject matter expert, your solutions should be scalable, reusable, and applicable across multiple teams and business units.

Skills:

• Expertise in SAP HCM Time Management (5+ years), including schema/rule configuration, time evaluation, and payroll integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially in integration scenarios with on-premise HCM.
• Solid understanding of business processes related to HR, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Compliance.
• Experience in configuring infotypes, work schedules, public holidays, time types, etc.
• Proficient in writing functional and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
