We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Reporting & Analytics Consultant to join a long-term S/4HANA transformation project in the construction sector. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in both Embedded Analytics and BW/4HANA, along with strong functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO/PS. This role demands a combination of technical skills, strategic thinking, and solid consulting experience in designing and delivering reporting solutions within agile environments.

Scope:

• Lead the conceptual design of reporting solutions based on S/4HANA Embedded Analytics and BW/4HANA.
• Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to produce comprehensive functional and technical design documents.
• Develop analytical applications using Fiori, Analysis for Office, and other SAP tools.
• Work in agile project teams, actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Translate business requirements into reporting specifications with a strong understanding of finance (FI-AP/AR), controlling (CO-OM, CCA, WBS), and project systems (PS).
• Ensure the consistency and performance of reporting models across platforms.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing best practices in SAP reporting and analytics.
  
  

Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of SAP consulting experience, with a proven track record in reporting projects.
• Deep knowledge of Embedded Analytics in S/4HANA and SAP BW/4HANA.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Fiori Apps / SAP Embedded Analytics
• Analysis for Office (AfO)
• SAP CO-OM (CCA & WBS)
• FI-AP, FI-AR
• SAP PS (Project Systems)
• Strong understanding of data modeling, CDS Views, analytical queries, and authorizations in S/4HANA.   Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
