Scope:

Your day-to-day activities will involve:

• As a Scrum Master, you will act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.
• Coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation, and facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics. In this role, you are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, and engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) expertise at an Expert level is required. Agile Project Management, Scrum, Agile Process Coaching, and Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development) expertise at an Expert level are recommended.
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure effective implementation of Agile methodologies Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s) to enhance their performance Identify and remove barriers to successful implementation Report progress using appropriate metrics
• Collaborate with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions.
