For one our prestigious international clients, we are currently looking for a SAP Data Archiving Consultant to join client’s team. 

Details:

• Role: SAP Data Archiving Consultant
• Location: 100% remote
• Workload: Full-time
• Start: ASAP
• Duration : 10 months + extensions

Responsibilities:

• In detail the activities can be separated into the following particular parts.:

a) Part AM (Application Management / Operating)

1. Incident handling (ticket or call from a user)
2. Ticket processing (2nd & 3rd level)
3. Handling direct requests/problems (e.g. retrieval problems, department or project team)
4. Regular operation archiving (usually on the initiative of the archive team)
5. e.g. determine table size (data older residence period)
6. Jobmonitoring blocking jobs
7. Periodic blocking
8. Information/Communication of the Department
9. Update/adjustment of
10. Residence Periods and
11. Retention Time of master data with customizing in SAP
12. Enquiries regarding the proceeding
13. Data destruction after expiry of the dwell period
14. Blocking: End of Purpose Check execution

b) Part AD (System Extension / Projects Topic Archiving

• Implementation (more project work, in consultation with P01 IT managers)

1. euGDPR-compliant archiving/blocking with SAP-IL
2. c) Part reconciliation (with business page on the subject of archiving)

For new requirements / implementations in the area of

1. euGDPR Requirement.

Skills:

• Min 2-5 years of experience required.
• Professional experience in data blocking with SAP ILM.
• Primary skill: SAP Archiving Consulting, ILM-Customizing. 
• Nice to have: S/4 HANA, basic knowledge of agile methods.
• English required; German preferred but not a must
