Responsibilities:

• ERP Application Maintenance project aimed at maintaining and optimizing their ERP application.
• As an Entry-Level Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful implementation of SAP Finance solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and design SAP Finance solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of SAP Finance solutions.
• Conduct business process analysis and design to optimize SAP Finance solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Perform rigorous testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of SAP Finance solutions.

Skills:

• Solid know how on SAP BASIS, HANA, and Infrastructure
• Understanding of private cloud environment & technologies
• Strong customer service focus
• Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Should be able to own, lead and co-ordinate operational tasks, customer escalations, etc.
• Understanding on network and load balancers
• Able to articulate technical details to non-technical audience
• Italian and English language skills
