We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead the Agile process for a global B2B cloud commerce project. The ideal candidate will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure strict adherence to Agile practices. With teams across multiple continents, excellent communication and organizational skills are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum Ceremonies: Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Ensure Agile Discipline: Guide teams in following Agile best practices, promoting continuous improvement.
• Remove Obstacles: Identify and address blockers to maintain project flow.
• Collaborate Globally: Work closely with teams, product owners, and stakeholders across different time zones.
• Track Metrics: Monitor team velocity, backlog health, and sprint progress to ensure timely deliveries.
• Mentor Teams: Provide coaching on Scrum methodologies and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM):
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent Communication: High proficiency in English, able to clearly articulate ideas across teams and
• stakeholders globally.
• Global Team Management: Experience working with distributed teams in different time zones.
• Problem Solver: Ability to anticipate challenges and resolve issues quickly.
• Familiarity with Tools: Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and other Agile management tools.
• Preferred:
• Experience in cloud commerce or B2B environments.
• Familiarity with complex, multi-team projects in fast-paced settings.
