Scope:

Automation Engineer role - Backend 
Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. 

• Sound full stack automation experience with hands on experience working with modern technology stack, Agile delivery, and DevOps practices 
• Strong knowledge of Backend API testing, preferably with Cucumber and BDDs 
• Experience implementing test strategies from the starch.  
• Experience managing a small remote team.  
• Good communication, stakeholder management as role is client facing, requires coordinating with senior client managers. 

Automation Engineer role - Frontend 
Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. 

• Strong frontend automation experience specifically with Cypress using JavaScript 
• Experience working with modern technology stack, Agile delivery, and DevOps practices 
• Experience implementing test strategies from the starch.  
• Experience managing a small remote team.  
• Good communication, stakeholder management as role is client facing, requires coordinating with senior client managers. 

Skills:

Backend:

Key/primary skill: Java 

Secondary skills: 

• Cucumber , TDD / BDD 
• CI / CD (Azure or Jenkins) – Setting up / configure pipeline from scratch   
• Design / Implement Test strategies / approach 
• Experience with Contract testing 
• Wiremock or any other stubbing framework 
• Experience with AI testing tools and techniques 

For Frontend:
