Job description:
We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join Business & Technology Integration team.
Scope:
- You will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
- You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support these activities.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive documentation that clearly outlines business processes and system requirements.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
- Create visual representations of processes to enhance understanding and communication among team members.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the organization.
Experience required:
- Agile experience
- BA experience, incl. writing user stories, leading refinement sessions (min. 1 year)
- Good technical knowledge preferred, experience working with APIs beneficial
- Client facing experience
- Expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is required.
- Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis, Business Model Strategy, and Business Operating Model is suggested.
