Scope:

We need strong Java, with hands-on practice of AWS development skills (CI/CD pipeline building) and nice to have skills of React. So it sounds like a full-stack, but client calls it 90% back-end and 10% front-end.

• Development of our new API’s to support our clients, fixing bugs;
• Upgrading and maintaining the operations for the backend applications;
• Looking for opportunities to improve the product;

Backend developer:

• As a developer in the squad you’ll be responsible for maintaining and developing an advantageous (user) experience on several of existing applications and services – in the cloud – which are used throughout the whole organisation.
• Additionally we want to accelerate the development of our services, and that’s where you come in!

Skills:

• Senior profile – 5+ years of experience
• Must Have Skills: Java 21+ + Demonstrated in recent projects
• Modern Java (v21+) is not a secret to you and you’re passionate about its ecosystem.
• Agile Concepts - You’re agile and things like Scrum, Kanban, XP are not just buzzwords for you. Atlassian Stack.
• AWS (General Services)
• Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.
• Spring Boot 3 / Spring Framework 6 - Demonstrated in recent projects.
• Knowledge of Web, Security, Caching, JMS.
• Modern Web Technologies - Demonstrated in recent projects.
• HTTP, REST & JSON.
• MongoDB (Basic CRUD Operations)
• PostgreSQL / SQL ServerDemonstrated in recent projects.
• Basic SQL CRUD operations.
• ECS Fargate, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, API Gateway, Cloud Security (in general).
• Microservices - more than 3 years of experience.
• English Language - Professional fluency in written, spoken, and comprehension skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Spring Boot 3 (Advanced Use) - More than 1 year experience.
• Knowledge of AOP, OpenFeign. MongoDB (Advanced CRUD Operations) - More than 1 year experience.
