Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Finance Consultant to support front office finance operations for Polish entities. The consultant will ensure accurate financial reporting, operational follow-up, and coordination with auditors. This role requires strong IFRS and local GAAP knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide final approval on accounts.

Key Responsibilities / Scope:

• Prepare, review, and finalize financial reports for Polish entities.
• Monitor day-to-day financial operations and follow up on discrepancies.
• Serve as the primary contact for auditors and respond to audit inquiries.
• Provide final approval/sign-off for accounts in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Proven experience in operational finance and front office reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and provide final sign-off on financial statements.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.
