Scope of Work:
- Manage SAP S/4HANA GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) activities, focusing on Access Control and Process Control modules.
- Perform user management tasks including creation, modification, and role assignment within SAP systems.
- Handle SAP HR Mini Master Data maintenance through PA30 transactions.
- Review, evaluate, and approve GRC access requests ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure secure and compliant SAP user access.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP GRC best practices and support audit and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control modules.
- Execute user creation and role assignment processes with accuracy.
- Maintain Mini Master Data for HR via PA30 to ensure updated employee records.
- Analyze and approve GRC access requests according to security policies.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with SAP security standards.
- Assist in preparing documentation and reports for audit purposes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP GRC-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA GRC modules, especially Access Control and Process Control.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP HR Mini Master Data transactions (PA30).
- Expertise in SAP user creation, role assignment, and access management.
- Strong understanding of SAP security and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical and business teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
