Scope:

• Participating in the scope workshop planning and execution analyzing the relevant user requirements and E2E processes in a specific legal entity and helping the user to define their requirements
• Understanding local legal requirements
• Designing the E2E processes (in case they are new or have to deviate from the template)
• Defining the required SAP organizational elements
• Clarifying open business-related topics
• Assessing the template fits and gaps
• Assessing the GxP relevance of requirements (BPAC’s, URS, BP, E2E) and audit trail relevance
• Co-creating business cases (if required)
• Supporting the users in defining the testable business requirements
• During the build and various testing phases the BPA
• Co-creating authorization role specifications and data migration specifications
• Supporting technical analysists & programmers and facilitating the alignment between technical & business team
• Supporting users in test scripts and linkage for regular E2E and BP testing, risk mitigation testing, audit trail testing
• Helps judging the quality of configuration and developments presented in the system demos

Skills:

• Must have: knowledge in SAP MM-PUR Direct/indirect and all-round P2P knowledge
• 6 + years of experience
• Expert-level functional SAP knowledge
• Very good understanding of SAP technology
• Business Process Management – optional
• Requirements documentation and testing
• The BPA plays a crucial role in the scoping workshop.
• Architecture methodology and tools
• English C1 Good Oral and written communication skills
