Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced OpenText ECM Architect to join a leading retail client in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in OpenText Extended ECM (xECM), including implementation for SuccessFactors, cloud integration, and workflow automation. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting complex ECM solutions, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and guiding users and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Scope of Work:

• Lead end-to-end xECM implementation for SuccessFactors, including Docusign and custom application integration.
• Design and configure PowerDocs templates and business validation workflows.
• Work with OpenText Content Server 22.x, Archive Server, OTDS, and related xECM components.
• Define solution roadmaps and ECM architecture aligned with client requirements.
• Perform data migration from legacy systems to OpenText.
• Develop customizations using Web Services, REST APIs, JavaScript, OScript, and SQL/Oracle.
• Support the creation of workflows, forms, business validation processes, and reporting (WebReport, live reports).
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams on requirement gathering, Agile sprints, and solution configuration.
• Troubleshoot and implement large, complex ECM integrated solutions within the client environment.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to users and junior team members.
• Maintain compliance with Records Management best practices and ECM governance.
  
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Information Technology with strong OpenText ECM or xECM background.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText xECM solutions, particularly for SuccessFactors integration.
• Expertise in PowerDocs template design, workflow automation, and business validation.
• Strong experience with OpenText Extended ECM components: Content Server 22.x, Archive Server, OTDS.
• Proficient in JavaScript, OScript, SQL/Oracle; familiar with GCP and Docusign integration.
• Experience in customization using Web Services and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of data migration strategies and execution.
• In-depth understanding of OpenText Content Server functionalities: Workflow, WebReport, Live Reports, Records Management, Searching, Indexing, CWS.
• Ability to define ECM solution roadmaps and implement best practices.
• Experience working in Agile methodology and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex ECM architectures.
• Excellent communication skills to lead discussions, translate business requirements, and guide development teams.
