We are currently looking for Pega Developers for one of clients projects based in Poland.

Job details:

• Full-time
• Hybrid work preferred - on-site work 1-2 days from Client office (Gdansk, Gdynia, Warsaw, Lodz)
• Different roles open
• Start date is not defined – depends on the specific project (usually ASAP)
• Contracts till December 2025
• Client: The Client is one of the biggest Nordic banks.

Scope:

• Working on an implementation of business and technical features
• Writing dedicated unit tests and support of other test types
• Analysis and fixing of application bugs found on various environments
• Writing and updating technical design
• Setup and configuration of different programming tools
• Active support and cooperation with other team members and other project stakeholders
• Acting as an SME and support for less experienced colleagues"

Methodology: SAFe / Scrum

Skills:

• Practical knowledge of PEGA code creation and configuration based on functional and non-fuctional requirements using development tools within a technical domain.
• Experience of writing dedicated tests to address business and technical requirements, Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, others.
• Experience of agile way of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.).
• Experience of using Jira and Confluence,
• Communication skills, professional level of English.
• Experience with DevOps mindset will be an advantage
