For one of our internetaional client we are looking for a Poland based SAP S/4 HANA Testing Lead with blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex testing processes to ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects.

Scope:

• Manage and Deliver Quality: Oversee the quality assurance for S/4 HANA implementation, upgrade, or conversion programs
• SAP Activate Methodology: Utilize and demonstrate a deep understanding of the SAP Activate methodology to ensure structured and efficient project delivery
• Test Strategy Development: Design, create, and implement comprehensive test strategies for large SAP programs
• End-to-End Testing: Perform end-to-end testing of SAP systems, ensuring integration between various modules
• Automation Framework: Develop and enhance automation frameworks for UI and APIs
• Risk Management: Identify, register, plan, and mitigate risks, clearly communicating them to stakeholders
• Team Leadership: Lead the testing team, providing guidance and support throughout the testing phases
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to understand project scope and testing requirements

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in testing systems, with significant experience in SAP S/4 HANA projects
• Proficiency in test management tools like ALM, ADO, JIRA, and Qtest
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, especially Tosca
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks
• Experience in specific industries like Consumer Goods and Pharmaceuticals will be an advantage
