We are currently looking for a Senior SAP HCM Consultant for one of our international client.

- Duration: 6 months + extensions
- Rate: Competitive market rate in Portugal
Scope:
- Assisting in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements with strong knowledge on SDLC proces
- Being an SME, collaborating, and managing the team to perform, and being responsible for team decisions. Additionally, engaging with multiple teams and contributing on key decisions, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple team
- Developing innovative solutions to complex technical challenges Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members to foster their professional growth
- Being ready to work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale
- Designing and developing innovative applications to meet business process requirements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
Skills:
- 10+ years of experience, strong knowledge and hands on in SAP HCM Personnel Administration/Organizational Management/Payroll Process with good knowledge on integration with Finance Module especially on Employee Related posting and SAP Travel Management
- Work experience on Employee Business Partner, Employee Vendor process and integration from SAP HCM to SAP Finance and other SAP Modules
- Work experience on SAP S/4 Migration (SI) Projects
- Good knowledge in Agile Methodology and well versed with Jira Tool
- English language skills
