Scope:

• Leading a multi-disciplinary software development team (up to 6 developers and 1 QA).
• Managing performance appraisals, career development, and hiring.
• Serving as a liaison between delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Aligning with other Engineering Managers on initiatives, risks, and dependencies.
• Supporting product lifecycle, working with product owners.
• Driving process improvements using Scrum methodology.

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering and leadership.
• Strong background in UI development processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with distributed systems, quality assurance, and incident management.
