We are currently looking for an Siemens NX Developer consultant for one of our international client.

Details:

• Role: Siemens NX Developer
• Location: Remote from Romania
• Start: 01/11/2024
• Duration: 1 year, possibility of extension.

Scope:

Your day-to-day activities will involve:

• Design and implement Siemens NX-based solutions, including customization, automation, and process optimization.
• Work on the integration of Siemens NX with other PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, 3DEXPERIENCE) to ensure seamless data flow and collaboration.
• Provide troubleshooting, debugging, and technical support to internal teams and clients, resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Identify areas for improvement in existing Siemens NX environments and implement enhancements to improve performance and user experience.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to Siemens NX configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior developers and end-users on Siemens NX functionalities and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Skills:

• Familiarity with PLM systems, particularly Siemens Teamcenter, is a plus.
  Experience in integrating NX with other enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in Siemens NX CAD software and NXOpen API.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Siemens NX development and customization.
• Experience with programming languages like C++, C#, VB.NET, or Python for NX customization.
• Solid understanding of product design and manufacturing processes.
• Prior experience in the automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• English required, German nice to have.
