Location:

• Onsite: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (initial 3–4 weeks)
• Remote: Long-term engagement after initial onsite period

The Senior SAP GRC Consultant will be responsible for leading and implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions in SAP. The consultant will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, establish risk frameworks, and provide advisory support on GRC best practices. The role requires strong expertise in SAP GRC modules and proven experience in large-scale SAP environments.

Scope of Work:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP GRC modules (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management).
• Develop and enforce governance, risk, and compliance frameworks aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, compliance checks, and access reviews.
• Provide expert advisory to business stakeholders on risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with IT security and audit teams to strengthen access controls and mitigate risks.
• Deliver workshops, training, and documentation to business and IT teams.
• Ensure seamless transition from onsite kickoff in Riyadh to remote support model.

Skills:

• Experience: 8–10 years in SAP GRC consulting, with strong hands-on implementation experience.
• Deep expertise in SAP Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules.
• Strong knowledge of IT security, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working with auditors, regulators, and compliance stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend GRC controls.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.
