We are currently looking for a senior SAP Project Manager experienced in SAP Rollouts (S4HANA).

• Location: Izmir / Turkey ( Hybrid – minimum 2-3/day per week onsite)
• Workload: 80 – 100%
• Planned start: Februrary 2026
• Duration: 16 – 20 months

Scope:

Client’s organization in Turkey is going to start running a roll out project as part of global S4/HANA transformation program.

Project Manager will play a key role as a first contact between local and global team, acting as the in-between person for both parties, driving preparation and successful Rollout. Accountable for the coordination of the Rollout process in the division/entity. Leading cross-functional teams through training and Rollout in coordination with the global plan and ensuring the effective usage and adoption of global SAP.

Skills

• Experience as a SAP Project Manager.
• Preferred to have background in SAP Finance (FI-CO)
• Experience with S4/HANA Rollouts / Localizations
• Data Migration/Management experience
• Experience in multinational environment/rollouts, with numerous stakeholders
• Results-oriented person with good communication skills and proactive attitude
• Fluent English and Turkish
